We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Strategist
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals via cold calls or online channels.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and online channels.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable Skill Intern programs.
Achieve
monthly revenue targets
of ?1,50,000.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Track sales activities and report performance to the manager.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

Package for Fresher's:
?2,20,000 per annum
Probation Period:
3 Months (Mandatory)
Attendance & Consistency:
Maintain at least
90% consistency
during probation to secure full-time employment.

1-2 leaves
allowed in the first month under exceptional circumstances.
