Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Team member to join our US time shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Zilmoney's offerings. Identify customer pain points, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. Effectively communicate with decision-makers and key stakeholders at various organizational levels to understand their buying process and timelines. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and optimize the overall sales process. Track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software or other sales management tools. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality, customer preferences, and market insights to improve marketing campaigns and collateral. Participate in sales training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to deliver effective sales pitches and overcome objections.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. Strong ability to build rapport, influence, and engage customers over the phone or through virtual meetings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and consultative sales approach. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market dynamics. Knowledge of financial technology (fintech) or payment processing industry is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
