Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Inside Sales Specialist
to lead sales growth for our
HRMS solutions
. This role is focused on
enterprise and mid-market sales
, strategic account acquisition, partner management, and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
new business acquisition
for HRMS software across B2B in enterprises
Own the
complete sales lifecycle
from lead generation , prospecting , share product PPT, live demos and deal closure
Build and manage relationships with
HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs, and business leaders
Conduct high-level
product demonstrations and solution presentations
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to penetrate target industries
Manage and grow
channel partners and strategic alliances
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Analyze market trends and competitor HRMS offerings
Collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure customer success
Achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets
Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or HR (preferred)
2-6 years of experience
in
B2B SaaS / HRMS / HR Tech sales
Proven track record of
closing enterprise and mid-market deals
Strong understanding of HR processes including
payroll, attendance, compliance, and performance management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
