We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Specialist

to drive our business growth. Your role will be to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and effectively promote our products and services over phone, email, and virtual channels. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:



Research potential markets and customer needs to identify sales opportunities. Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and social media. Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and address concerns. Present and explain products/services to prospective customers. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and performance. Negotiate and close deals while managing objections effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall targets and improve results. Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to enhance offerings.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time (3 months probation period) Location: Work from Office Stipend (During Probation): ₹15,000/month CTC after Probation: ₹4 LPA - ?6 LPA (based on performance) Additional Benefits: Performance Bonus

Pay: ₹10,979.18 - ₹46,330.14 per month
