C-level executives, Directors, and VPs
via calls, emails, and digital channels.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage complete Inside Sales & Lead Generation workflow for assigned
GEO/vertical
.
Conduct outbound calling to prospects to generate new business opportunities.
Identify influencers and decision-makers and
schedule meetings
for the sales team.
Source new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups on warm leads.
Understand customer needs and gather detailed requirements.
Present solutions, handle objections, and pitch product/service benefits effectively.
Qualify prospects thoroughly and route high-quality opportunities to Sales Managers.
Book web demos/appointments with qualified decision-makers.
Maintain accurate and updated lead records in CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline development.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs:
Number of calls
Qualified leads
Meetings booked
Pipeline contribution
Required Skills & Experience
Strong US accent and exceptional communication skills
(mandatory).
Proven experience in
Inside Sales / Outbound Calling / Lead Generation - USA, UK, Canda or Austrilian Market
.
Experience selling IT/ SaaS / B2B services preferred.
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and persuasion skills.
Ability to pitch demos confidently to senior-level executives.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
Must be comfortable working in a
fixed shift timing 7.30PM to 5.30AM (Mon-Fri)
