We are looking for an energetic and self-driven

Inside Sales Executive (Female)

to join our team in Chennai.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms. Follow up on IndiaMART and other portal leads promptly to convert enquiries into sales opportunities. Manage and handle company social media pages -- share marketing posters, product updates, and offers with customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online lead platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia). Ability to handle customer queries professionally and build rapport. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
