Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups by phone, email, and social media. Present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits to potential customers. Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and meet/exceed monthly or quarterly targets. Maintain and build relationships with clients through regular engagement and excellent customer service. Manage and update sales pipeline, records, and client data in CRM systems. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors. Create and present sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven inside sales experience with achievements in meeting sales targets. Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM software zoho CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital productivity tools. Excellent customer service skills, negotiation ability, and time management. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,639.58 - ₹20,000.00 per month
