Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential buyers through various lead-generation channels.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Understand client needs and provide suitable property options.
Achieve individual sales targets as defined by the management.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Documentation) for smooth closure and handover.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
Good knowledge of local real estate regulations and documentation processes.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
