Experience: 1-3 years (relevant experience in IT Sales, SaaS sales, and Inside Sales)
Job Location: Sec-75 Mohali, Punjab
Salary Package: 40-60k + Incentives
Shift timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 pm (US Shifts), Work from Office
Cab facility is available for pickup and drop-off.
No leave till probation (3 months)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to market challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, research, and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
