We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist
to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating outbound communication, and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, research, and online sources.
Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information about products/services.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads from campaigns into sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Provide regular feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
