We are hiring

result-driven Admission Counselors with strong sales instincts

to convert MBBS students and graduates into enrolled learners for

NEET-PG and INI-CET preparation programs

.

This is a

high-impact, target-oriented role

where you will combine academic counseling with consultative sales to help aspirants choose the right course while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Student Conversion & Sales

Counsel MBBS students & graduates and convert inquiries into paid enrollments Drive admissions for

NEET-PG / INI-CET courses, Test Series & Mentorship Programs

Achieve daily, weekly & monthly enrollment targets Consultative Counseling Understand student goals, preparation level & pain points Pitch suitable courses aligned to timelines & career objectives Confidently handle objections (fees, time, confidence, repeat attempts, etc.)
Lead Management

Follow up warm & hot leads via Calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins Maintain disciplined follow-ups to maximize conversion Coordinate with marketing & academic teams for closures
CRM & Reporting

Maintain CRM updates & follow-up records Track funnel: Inquiry ? Counseling ? Enrollment

Eligibility & Skills



2 Years Experience in

Academic Sales / EdTech Admissions / Inside Sales

Excellent communication & persuasion skills Comfortable with targets & performance-based earnings Strong closing mindset Bachelor's Degree required

Languages Mandatory:

English & Hindi

Regional Languages (Advantage):

Kannada / Tamil / Telugu Must be willing to work
