Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and proactive
Inside Sales Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads from the US market through outbound calling and structured follow-ups. You will work closely with the sales team to build a strong pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth..
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
Understand client needs and position mple.ai's products and solutions effectively.
Maintain a strong follow-up cadence to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AI product capabilities.
Represent mple.ai professionally in all client interactions.
