We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Educational Counselor to join our team and promote our Online MBA program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and converting potential leads into enrolled students through effective communication and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable online MBA programs.
Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain follow-ups and build a strong student relationship pipeline.
Update CRM systems with lead and call information.
Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals.
