You will be responsible for:- Qualification and Conversion of leads generated in the market through online and offline media- Cold calling, emailing and prospecting customers- Networking and expanding connects over other networking sites.- Meeting and where possible exceeding all company and individual targets (of lead closures, product mix and revenue) on a Weekly and Monthly basis- Preparing presentations and initial pitch to prospects.- Coordinate and collaborate with support functions in preparing relevant presentations, case studies etc.- Maintain and prepare reports and dashboards for various activities.- Regularly listen to calls and provide telephone coaching for future joiners- Produce when required team statistics on conversion calls, revenue and where applicable take action to improve any areas of concern.- Work with the management team to reduce errors and take appropriate action where necessary.- Close liaison with Product Managers to ensure that a full briefing is given before the issue of any major change correspondence is sent.- Perform Marketing activities and receive the relevant training prior to launch of the same.
