We are seeking a qualified and experienced Inside Sales Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving a company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company's products or services. He/ She is responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and markets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels including networking, cold calling and digital marketing.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align strategies and improve overall performance.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar role.
Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
