Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to inquiries, maintaining consistent communication with prospects, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach to closure. The role emphasises building strong connections with customers and acting as a knowledgeable resource for their needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring consistent and exceptional client experiences.
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value and address customer inquiries effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet sales goals and objectives.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
