Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads.
Explain solar products and services clearly to potential customers.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication.
Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams for client follow-ups and appointments.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(Malayalam and English).
Strong convincing and customer-handling ability.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred (solar or technical sales is an added advantage).
