Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents based on provided leads
Counsel students on academic programs, eligibility, admission process, and fee structure
Follow up on enquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead conversion strategies
Schedule campus visits, online counselling sessions, and admission interviews
Address queries, objections, and concerns professionally and promptly
Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion status
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through ethical sales practices
