Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to incoming leads and course inquiries received through email, website, calls, and chat.
Convert leads into potential customers and contribute to overall sales and revenue growth.
Prepare and draft proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation as required.
Conduct sales discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Manage and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
Execute the complete sales cycle using sales software tools.
Achieve assigned sales targets with a results-driven approach.
Provide timely updates on sales performance and maintain detailed reports.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitive offerings, and market trends.
Required Skills:
0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, counseling, or related roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A proactive go-getter with a strong customer focus.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Experience with Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
