We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales team. This is an
individual contributor role focused on engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending appropriate programs to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively connect with potential learners via Outbound calls
Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.
Convert leads into paying customers by driving consultative and need-based selling.
Achieve monthly revenue targets through high conversion rates and proactive follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1-5 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably service-based industries.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with CRM tool - Salesforce is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends (as required for B2C audiences).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
