Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE/BDA) to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves driving student enrollments, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our specialized training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Convert leads into enrollments by presenting and selling relevant courses.
Counseling: Guide prospects to understand the value and career opportunities of our programs.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with students and professionals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment goals.
Market Insights: Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.
Consultative Selling: Identify student needs and recommend suitable training programs.
CRM Management: Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
0-3 years of experience in inside sales/business development (EdTech experience preferred).
Fluency in English + any 2 additional languages.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
