Primary Responsibilities
The role of a Inside Sales Manager - B2B sales is client-facing and would involve continuous interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
New client acquisition and sustaining existing client relationships through meetings and follow-ups
Developing an excellent knowledge and understanding of Strengthscape's business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Conduct thorough research about the account and create strategic plans to grow client relationships and business within those accounts
Retaining clients by smoothly building strong and trusting relationships
Keep identifying new business opportunities and avenues to grow the business
Understanding client requirements through a need analysis, by applying a consultative selling approach when engaging with clients to understand their organization, team, and individual level performance and process issues
Co-ordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of projects by planning and delivering client projects with the delivery team
Suggesting improvement and proposing new tools and processes based on industry best practices to ensure quality service to the client
Requirements
Experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred but not necessary.
Experience in managing large account portfolios is preferred
Positions are open for different brackets of experience 3-8 years
The candidate must be fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
High interpersonal skills and strategic thinking, good customer service, and negotiation skills
The candidate must also be highly organized and planned along with being solution oriented

Graduate with any Specialization
We are seeking candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience for our Inside Sales roles. The final designation--whether as Inside Sales Specialist or Inside Sales Manager--along with role responsibilities, will be aligned based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and fitment. Our goal is to ensure that the opportunity best leverages the strengths and expertise each individual brings to the table.
