We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our service partners (architects, engineers, and finance teams).
This role blends business development, client management, and operational coordination. It's perfect for someone who enjoys hustling, problem-solving, and growing alongside a high-potential startup.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Client Acquisition
Cold calling, lead qualification, and scheduling client meetings
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and tracking conversions
Preparing and sharing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Guiding clients through onboarding and documentation
Acting as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams
Building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction
Sales Operations & Coordination
Coordinating with architects, engineers and finance teams
Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met
Identifying and resolving client concerns quickly and effectively
Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintaining accurate CRM/project records and reports
Preparing sales, pipeline, and client status reports for leadership
Suggesting improvements to streamline pre-sales and operations
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written & verbal)
Proven ability to build client relationships and manage conflicts
Experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or sales operations preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management software
Ability to juggle multiple projects and work under pressure
A background in architecture, civil engineering, or design is a big plus
