Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements related to residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Present company profile, services, and brochures to clients in a professional manner. Schedule meetings for senior team members with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report progress to management. Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement (construction or real estate industry preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ?264,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
