Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed Inside Sales Specialist to drive acquisition and conversion of credit card customers. This role is pivotal in engaging with potential users who have dropped off in the application or VKYC journey and influencing them to complete the process. You will act as the voice of the brand, delivering a seamless, informative, and persuasive experience to customers at critical moments of their journey.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling to leads who have shown intent but dropped off mid-journey (e.g., post-application, VKYC not done, or eKYC failure).
Deliver clear, confident product pitches tailored to the customer's profile and journey status.
Educate customers on credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and onboarding steps.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping resolve minor queries or misconceptions that hinder conversion.
Capture user feedback and relay recurring themes to Product and Growth teams.
Drive conversion metrics--from drop-off to completed VKYC and issuance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy norms while engaging with customers.
What is needed for this role:
1-3 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or consumer tech.
Fluent in English and at least one regional language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with agility and accountability.
Ability to empathize with users, especially in high-stakes financial journeys.
Familiarity with VKYC flows, eKYC, and credit card onboarding processes is a plus.
Brownie Points for:
Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners.
Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances.
Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation.
