Position: Inside Sales Specialist - IT Sales & Solutions Sales



Experience: 3 years with minimum 1-1.5 years in IT Hardware Product sales and IT Services Sales.



Location :Full-Time work from office, Monday - Friday 9:30 AM-6:30 PM. There is no Hybrid model for this position.



Looking for only Female candidates based out in Gurugram.



Position Overview :



Our organization seeks an accomplished Inside Sales Representative to expand our Information Technology Infrastructure Services & Solutions division. This role focuses on creating a new pipeline of IT Hardware Sales and IT Hardware Services.

Essential Responsibilities



? Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up

? Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure for assigned accounts

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication ? Create professional quotes and proposals for IT solutions

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

? Update and maintain sales activities in CRM system

? Coordinate with vendors for pricing and technical specifications

? Work closely with pre-sales team for solution design .

Required Skills & Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT/Computer Science/Business)

? 3 years' experience with minimum 1.5 years in IT Sales (hardware/software, services)

? Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components

? Excellent communication and presentation skills

? Experience with CRM tools (Zoho) shall be preferred

? Strong negotiation and closing abilities

? Basic Understanding of:

o Enterprise servers and storage

o Networking equipment

o Software licensing

o Cloud solutions

o Security products

o End-user computing
