with a background in logistics to join our dynamic Sales Department. In this role, you will play a critical part in
driving the sales process, acquiring new D2C/Drop-shippers,
and managing client relationships in the logistics and drop-shipping space.
You will collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and grow our network of logistics partners and D2C clients. The ideal candidate will bring both
sales expertise and industry knowledge in logistics or supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Outreach:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract D2C clients and drop-shippers within the logistics ecosystem.
Client Acquisition:
Pitch our drop-shipping logistics services to prospective clients, highlighting platform strengths, product catalogue, and operational capabilities.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to policies.
Industry Expertise:
Leverage your logistics knowledge to provide insights, handle client queries, and improve onboarding and support processes.
Sales Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports to the Sales Manager.
Market Insights:
Collect client feedback and market data to support service enhancements and identify emerging trends in the logistics and D2C sectors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industry
Strong background in B2B or D2C sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
