Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:


Leading, motivating, and managing the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Source new sales leads through outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach within the defined set of target and must-have accounts.
Diligently follow-up on leads and nurture them into opportunities
Managing the calls pipeline, overseeing the qualification, follow-up, and generate meetings for sales hunters.
Understand the key decision makers in the customer organization - executive sponsor, technical buyers, economic buyers, and influencers to create a stakeholder mapping and communication plan for short-listed solutions and Competence building.
Work closely with the US geo sales teams primarily hunters.
Research accounts, create account plans, identify potential areas of opportunities and key prospects in target accounts.
Leverage industry reports and analyzes trends in the market to craft sales pitches that resonates with the industry and customer priorities.


Set clear sales goals, conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, monitor performance, and provide feedback to the sales team.


Create and deliver sales reports to senior management, offering insights into performance and opportunities for improvement


Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between inside sales team on go-to-market strategy, demand generation activities and targets


Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.


Regularly update this knowledge base and feed to the GTM engine within demand generation team and as well the sales teams globally



Required Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor//'s degree in business, marketing, or sales field.
5+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Manager
Strong understanding of inside sales techniques, lead generation, and closing strategies.
Experience in a B2B sales environment, particularly within the technology or services industry

Expertise in developing and executing successful sales campaigns.
Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation strategies.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
Exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience working with international clients or in a global sales environment.
