Key Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls/emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements to identify potential fit.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for follow-up and closure.
Generate and qualify leads to meet or exceed monthly and weekly targets.
Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate engagement.
Maintain and update a robust database of prospects within the assigned territory.
Conduct database profiling and validation to ensure accuracy.
Regularly update lead details and activities in the CRM system.
* Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team as per weekly targets.
