Aapka Painter is built on a vision to revolutionize the way homes and offices get painted globally. There are a lot of negotiations, compromises, and running around - right from paint selection, finalizing the shades, and patterns to finding a painter to getting a quality job done on time and within the budget. Interestingly, all these steps are parallel, connected in series with the actual painting job. The idea of Aapka Painter is rooted in removing the pain from painting. Plan, pre-review, and paint. We also believe in designing each house rather than just painting with any color.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Inside Sales Executive

with a go-getter attitude. The ideal candidate will ensure customers receive the right information and value addition about our services while coordinating with the sales team for seamless customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with new leads and validate them effectively. Share accurate and relevant information about Aapka Painter's products and services. Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule customer meetings with sales executives. Maintain and update lead status and customer details in the CRM. Prepare and submit daily lead status reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any graduate qualification (preferred with sales/customer handling background). Minimum 6 months of customer handling experience; sales experience will be an added advantage.

Must have your own laptop.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good documentation and organizational abilities. Patience and the ability to 'read' customers. Customer-obsessed mindset with problem-solving approach. Knowledge of relevant products/services is desirable.
