We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial interest to enrollment in our high-demand digital programs, acting as a trusted advisor on their career transformation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification:
Proactively follow up on inbound leads (web forms, calls) and identify new prospects through strategic outreach, qualifying them based on interest and fit for our courses.
Consultative Selling:
Engage prospects via phone, email, video calls, understanding their career goals and challenges, then presenting Connectogrowth's Diploma/Master's programs as the ideal solution.
Program Expertise:
Develop deep knowledge of our Digital Marketing, Analytics, and AI curriculum (features, benefits, ROI) to answer questions and articulate value.
Sales Execution:
Drive conversions, manage the sales pipeline, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close enrollments to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
CRM Management:
Accurately log all activities, prospect info, and sales data in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to maintain a clean pipeline.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, academics, and student support to ensure a seamless and positive prospective student experience.
Reporting:
Provide insights on sales trends, lead quality, and market feedback to help refine our strategies.
