Reach out to at least 150 customers per week (mix of new and existing customers) via calls.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and share them with the sales team.
Collect feedback and relay customer insights to the internal team.
Maintain proper records of interactions in CRM.
Requirements & Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Should possess negotiation skills, quick thinking, and a strong sales mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
Proactive attitude and ability to meet weekly outreach targets.
Comfortable handling customer queries and providing clear information.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
