We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialists to join our expanding sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead conversions by effectively communicating product and service benefits.
  • Manage, track, and update leads and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to enhance overall conversion strategies.
  • Contribute directly to achieving revenue and performance goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sales mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to work six days a week from the Ahmedabad office.
