Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
Prospecting: Proactively research, identify, and target potential clients (B2B Mid-Market and Enterprise) through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other strategic channels.
Inbound Management: Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing activities (website forms, webinars, events, etc.) to assess their suitability and need for Microsoft Dynamics/Cloud solutions.
Discovery: Conduct in-depth qualification calls to understand the prospect's business challenges, pain points, IT landscape, and budget (BANT/MEDDIC methodology).
2. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Management
Opportunity Handover: Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings, demonstrations, or calls for the senior Sales/Business Development Managers and Pre-Sales teams.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date records of all leads, activities, and interactions in the CRM system (preferably Dynamics 365 Sales/Salesforce).
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, lead conversion rates, and forecasts for management review.
3. Product & Market Knowledge
Expertise: Develop a strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (e.g., Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Business Central) and related Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Power Platform).
Messaging: Effectively articulate the company's value proposition and the specific business benefits of adopting Microsoft Dynamics solutions to C-level executives and key IT decision-makers.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Microsoft's product updates and licensing models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: [Insert Required Years of Experience, e.g., 2-4 years] of experience in an Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Business Development role, preferably in IT Solutions, ERP, CRM, or SaaS.
Domain Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of enterprise software solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar business applications is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills (English is mandatory; proficiency in local languages is a plus).
Tools: Proven proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
