Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to schools, institutions, and prospective partners
Explain our offerings clearly and professionally over the phone
Generate interest and schedule meetings for the field BD team
Maintain a daily call log and follow-up tracker
Update CRM/data sheets with accurate information
Coordinate with the BD field team and report progress
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or support roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking in
English, Kannada, Hindi
(Telugu is an added advantage*) Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Prior experience in education sector is a plus
Energetic, target-driven, and a team player
