Key Responsibilities



Drive

B2B sales

for digital transformation, digital onboarding, and automation solutions. Identify and engage potential clients across

banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs

. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Inside Sales Executive (0-2 years experience)



Responsibilities



Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals remotely via phone and email. Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries effectively. Explain product features and maintain accurate customer databases. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements



Excellent communication and persuasion skills (spoken and written English). Strong rapport-building, negotiation, and customer service skills. Market knowledge and a pleasant, professional personality.

Sales Manager (1-3 years experience)



Requirements



Proven

B2B sales experience

in SaaS, AI, or Automation solutions. Understanding of the

BFSI technology landscape

and enterprise buying processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Senior Sales Manager (4+ years experience)



Requirements



Extensive experience in

enterprise solution sales

within SaaS, AI, or automation domains. Deep understanding of the

BFSI industry

and digital transformation needs. Demonstrated success in building client relationships and closing large deals. Leadership skills to mentor junior sales team members. Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
