Job Overview :- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in engineering and expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship building, and leveraging SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.Responsibilities :Inside Sales :- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.- Nurture leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively.SEO Expertise :- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company\'s online presence and visibility.- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and recommend on-page and off-page optimizations.- Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure effective SEO practices.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.Technical Understanding :- Leverage engineering background to comprehend and communicate technical aspects of products or services.- Work closely with the product development team to stay informed about new features and enhancements.- Translate technical information into customer-friendly language during sales interactions.Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.- Demonstrated expertise in SEO with a successful track record of improving online visibility and search rankings.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Additional Information :- This is a full-time position based in Nagpur & Pune.- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
