We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team based in the Noida office. This role involves selling RGT's complete suite of services and solutions to the US market. The Inside Sales Executive will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, working remotely with clients via virtual channels.Experience: 4+ yrsLocation: NoidaNotice: Immediate to 15 Days or Serving NoticeKey Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify and generate new business opportunities using platforms like LinkedIn, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.- Qualify prospects through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.Sales Engagement & Presentations:- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.- Perform virtual demos and sales presentations of RGT's services.- Propose tailored solutions and pricing options based on client requirements.Negotiation & Closing:- Lead contract negotiations and handle client objections.- Close deals efficiently, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Post-Sales Support & Relationship Management:- Ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction post-sale.- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.Qualifications:- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and remote selling.- Familiarity with RGT's services (IT Consulting, Cloud Solutions, DevOps, AI & Data Analytics) is a plus.Key Skills:- Lead Generation- Cold Calling & Email Outreach- Virtual Presentations & Demos- Sales Negotiation & Closing- CRM Management- Relationship BuildingCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Health insurance and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth (ref:updazz.com)
