Our client, a well-established SaaS-based firm, is seeking an entrepreneurial and performance-driven Inside Sales professional to generate and qualify leads. The candidate should have experience in product sales and managing coordination with clients in the BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech sectors.Location: Gurugram Working Model - 5 days (On-site)Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales leads via inbound inquiries, cold calling, emailing, and event-based lead generation. - Analyze and understand client requirements to tailor sales approaches effectively.- Respond to potential client questions and share relevant sales and marketing materials.- Forward high-potential leads to the sales team for follow-up and deal closure.- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue goals.- Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and monitor competitor activities to drive interest.Mandatory Qualifications:- Previous experience in inside sales position in organization selling solutions in BFSI- Previous experience in selling CX solutions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent cold calling skills- Ability to achieve targetsPreferred Criteria:- Candidates from SaaS/BFSI/B2B coordinating with BFSI sector are highly preferred.
