Role OverviewResponsible for end-to-end sales coordination, including order processing, customer communication, internal coordination, documentation, reporting, customer follow-ups, and supporting sales negotiations. This role plays a key part in smooth order execution, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.Key Responsibilities :Sales Coordination & Order Management :- Handle customer orders from order receipt to final delivery- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, invoices, and order confirmations- Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely executionCustomer Follow-ups & Relationship Management :- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders, order status, delivery timelines, and payment updates- Follow up with new customers for enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support continuous business growth Customer Communication & Support :- Act as the main point of contact for customers for pricing queries, delivery updates, and basic after-sales support- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues through internal coordinationSales Negotiation Support- Support the sales team in price discussions, discount approvals, and commercial negotiations- Assist in payment follow-ups, outstanding clearance, and account unblockingReporting & MIS :- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports (sales, outstanding, collections, pending orders)- Maintain accurate records using Excel / ERP / CRM systemsCRM & Data Management :- Update and maintain customer data, enquiries, follow-ups, and order status in CRM- Track leads and sales progress to support closuresDocumentation & Compliance :- Maintain proper records of sales documents and communication- Ensure adherence to company processes and documentation standardsCandidate Profile :- 4-7 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or similar roles- Prior exposure to B2B, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred- Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environmentQualifications :Education:- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldKey Skills:- Strong sales coordination and customer handling skills- Basic understanding of sales negotiation and commercial discussions- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word- Experience with CRM / ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc. is a plus)- Good communication skills in Hindi and EnglishPreferred Profile :- Experience in industrial / B2B products- Exposure to customer follow-ups, negotiation support, and payment coordination- Process-oriented, detail-focused, and stable career mindsetWhat We Offer :- Stable manufacturing company with long-term growth- Exposure to industrial B2B sales operations- Learning opportunities in customized engineering solutions- Competitive salary with timely payments- Professional and supportive work environmentWorking Details :- Working Days: Monday to Saturday- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM- Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana (ref:updazz.com)
