Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.- Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information.- Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.- Follow up on customer calls and update customer details in CRM.- Maintain records of calls, sales, and feedback.- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.-- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer reach.Requirements:- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (FMCG or food industry experience is a plus).Skills:- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, or regional language.- Good listening and negotiation skills.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
