Role Description



Inside Sales Representative

Lead Generation and Prospecting:



Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers in target industries (e.g., IT directors, CTOs, or procurement managers). Craft personalized InMail's and engage with prospects through LinkedIn posts or groups to build relationships.
Leverage Apollo.io to source high-quality leads, build targeted prospect lists, and enrich contact data with accurate email addresses, phone numbers, and company insights. Use Apollo's AI-driven sequences to automate and personalize outreach campaigns.
Conduct outbound cold calls (dozens daily), emails, and social touches to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management:


Engage prospects via LinkedIn to nurture relationships, sharing relevant IT content (e.g., case studies on cloud adoption or cybersecurity) to establish credibility.
Use Apollo.io to track prospect interactions, monitor engagement with email campaigns, and prioritize high-intent leads based on behavioural data.
Understand customer IT needs (e.g., system upgrades, data security, or SaaS integrations) and recommend tailored solutions.

Product Demonstrations and Pitches:


Deliver virtual presentations or demos via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, showcasing IT products/services and addressing technical questions. Use insights from Apollo.io to customize pitches based on prospect company size or tech stack.
Handle objections related to pricing, scalability, or compatibility, leveraging LinkedIn connections to gain referrals or warm introductions.

CRM and Data Management:


Log all interactions in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) integrated with Apollo.io for seamless data flow. Update LinkedIn profiles and Apollo.io records with accurate customer information.
Monitor Apollo.io dashboards to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
