Job Summary
We are looking for a
motivated Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, client interaction, and closing sales deals
while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through
cold calling
and follow-up
Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers; leverage references for new opportunities
Close sales and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
Understand client requirements and expectations early in the interaction
Required Experience & Skills
1-3 years
of sales development experience
Experience in
B2B sales
Background in the
education/training/institutional sales
sector is an advantage
Strong communication and persuasion skills
High sense of ownership and accountability
Proven track record of
90%+ target achievement
Ability to build and maintain a strong client base
Must be comfortable working
from the office
