We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Responsibilities :
? Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
? Cold-call or email decision-makers in prospect accounts to set up meetings and product demos.
? Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion. Run experiments on different sales approaches.
? Handle initial contact with new prospects and build relationships through outbound prospecting and marketing activity- digital and social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, webinars etc- ultimately converting these to sales qualified opportunities.
? Manage the CRM for processing opportunities, tracking leads & tasks, and conducting proactive follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications
? 1-4Years experience of B2B, SaaS sales or IT sales.
? Prior experience of working with any Sales CRM.
? Exceptional Written & Spoken Communication skills.
? Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
