We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Responsibilities :
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Cold-call or email decision-makers in prospect accounts to set up meetings and product demos.
Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion. Run experiments on different sales approaches.
Handle initial contact with new prospects and build relationships through outbound prospecting and marketing activity- digital and social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, webinars etc- ultimately converting these to sales qualified opportunities.
Manage the CRM for processing opportunities, tracking leads & tasks, and conducting proactive follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications
1-4Years experience of B2B, SaaS sales or IT sales.
Prior experience of working with any Sales CRM.
Exceptional Written & Spoken Communication skills.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
