Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services
Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and close deals
Update customer details and sales status in CRM
Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
