Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads and schedule product demos or meetings for Sales Executives.
Generate new leads through outbound activities including cold calling, outreach campaigns, and networking.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead-generation initiatives and provide insights on market response.
Drive effective inside sales strategies to expand the sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMO, CDO, CIO, etc.) to identify opportunities and support account expansion.
Participate in lead nurturing activities and engage in strategic discussions with the marketing and sales teams.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress through CRM and automation tools.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum
2+ years of experience in outbound IT sales
(B2B).
Strong understanding of
IT concepts, solutions, and industry landscape
