Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Noida
Shift - US Shift (7 PM IST - 4 AM IST)
Responsibilities &; Qualifications:
? Strong understanding of the pre-sales process from lead generation to
appointment generation
? Self-driven individual with appointment generation experience in North
American region.
? Result oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding SQL (Sales
Qualified Leads) targets.
? Familiarity with CRM & Sales Tools.
? Responsible for researching and identifying the right target market, and
accounts to engage with potential customers, to understand their needs and
tailor solutions to meet those needs.
? Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services (AI/ML / Cyber
Security / Data Engineering /Cloud, CRM, IT consulting services, any digital
services)
? Presenting to prospects, overcoming objections and concerns, probing
service needs and Generating Interests of the prospects.
? Take ownership of leads & opportunities, ensuring they progress through the
sales pipeline to closure.
? Stay informed about industry trends, and competitive offerings.
? Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
