Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain home automation products, features, pricing, and solutions clearly to clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable smart home packages.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales status.
Schedule product demos, site visits, and meetings for the sales team.
Coordinate with the technical team for solution proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Provide after-sales support and handle basic customer queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support.
Excellent communication skills (English + local language).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of technology or willingness to learn home automation systems.
Ability to multitask, follow processes, and maintain documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
Preferred (Optional) Skills
Experience in smart home, electronics, IoT, security systems, or tech sales.
Knowledge of home automation brands, devices, and integrations.
