Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with a predefined target list of client and potential client decision makers, utilizing a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Your typical day will involve originating new opportunities, advancing qualified leads through the sales cycle, and assisting customers in onboarding and expanding their usage of products, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge. - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Leadership, Placement Support, Industry Networking/Corporate Connects, Career Counseling & Student Mentoring, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Event Planning (Job Fairs, Employer Sessions), Data Management & Reporting - Good To Have Skills: Alumni Engagement for Placements, CRM Tools - Strong negotiation and closing skills to effectively convert leads into sales. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. - Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales activities and customer interactions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
