Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with a predefined target list of client and potential client decision makers, utilizing a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Your typical day will involve originating new opportunities, advancing qualified leads through the sales cycle, and assisting customers in onboarding and expanding their usage of products, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Leadership, B2B Sales, CRM, Lead Generation & Prospecting, Hunting & Farming, Sales Strategy & Planning, Negotiation & Closing Deals, National sales - Good To Have Skills: Experience in EdTech/Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Channel Sales, Data-Driven Sales Approach, Networking & Industry Events Participation, Solution Selling - Strong negotiation and closing skills to effectively secure deals. - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
